Have had Todd out twice and very happy both times. We have a residential boiler (already installed when we bought the home) and it is difficult finding someone who knows what they're doing.
Bryan was extremely professional and explained to us all of our options when our A/C went out. He advised us that our system was able to be repaired and it wasn't a done for! Needless to say, they made the repair and we couldn't be happier. Were finally cooled back down and so thankful for World Class Services and their team. The service really was a World Class Experience. They are our now our go-to HVAC and Plumbing company!

Todd was great and we were thrilled that World Class Services could fit us in on the same day for a minor emergency. He arrived early and got our water heater ventilation system fixed. It was in a very sad state, and by the time he was done it was looking and working great. Would recommend.
Todd arrived same day (Sunday) to inspect my AC unit, which ended up needing extensive repairs. He was professional and courteous. He returned next day with all the parts and worked around my busy schedule to help us get working cool air back into my home during a heatwave! I am so grateful! Thank you!!!!
Update: my sink clogged and I needed someone ASAP! Todd came out the next day and did the job in no time! Thank you again!
I cannot say enough about the level of quality and professionalism that I experienced while purchasing a new furnace and air conditioning unit from World Class Services. Bryan and his team went well above and beyond to provide the best quality, the most value and truly amazing customer service. While faced with a challenging dynamic, they bent over backwards and found solutions to deliver within my budget and timeline. The team was so responsive and available, I never had to wait for a call back or wonder when they would arrive.
