I live in Westerville and selected World Class Services when my hot water heater went out because they are proximate to my home. I was pleased to learn they also live up to the high standard set by their name. My outage occurred on my Sunday. I tried to fix it myself all day Sunday. I gave up and, found them on the Bradford White website and called them Sunday night. To my surprise, a live-person answered the phone and scheduled my appointment for 10 am Monday morning. Shane Fahner, my technician, arrived on time and took the time to diagnose my situation and explain my options. I decided to go with the tankless system. Shane scheduled the job for the next morning. The installation was extremely professional, my wife and 3 kids love the new limitless supply of hot water. I was impressed with quality of workmanship in the installation and the space freed up by getting the 50 gallon tank out of the middle of my basement. Based on my personal experience I strongly recommend Shane Fahner and World Class Service for your Plumbing, HVAC or electrical jobs. They are a company and technician that I have found to be competent, fair, and trustworthy. Todd, the technician, introduced himself, donned paper slippers before entering, clarified our experiences with the furnace and went right to work.
He willingly shared his insights on the furnace issues with my husband and showed him the defective part.
He proceeded to replace it and to test the results.
We used our $50 coupon and were pleased with the service Todd provided.

and the second time we have used World Class Services in three years.. Their magnet is on our refrigerator and we will call them again, if necessary. We highly recommend them without reservation.
I had an emergency situation with a shower valve. I called the company on the weekend and the representative was there within an hour. Shane promptly assessed the situation and even called another company professional in to ensure the best possible approach for the old pipes in my complicated basement.
The shower valve was promptly repaired and the quality of the work was superb. The cost seemed reasonable, especially considering it was the weekend. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.
