Our AC stopped working and they were able to schedule someone the next morning. Instead of trying to upsell me a new unit, the tech showed me the issue, had the part, and had it running in 15 minutes. Everyone was extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend.
Todd Heming was excellent. He was very friendly, yet professional. He took the time to explain each step along the way, why it was important, and what steps we needed to do in the future. He was very patient with us as we never had an AC unit before. We were very pleased with the information services he provided. World Class Services came very highly recommended by our daughter-in-law and Mr. Heming lived up to that assessment.
Aaron and Shane were professional and courteous. We have a high risk child and both did not hesitate to wear a mask. They answered all my questions and took the time to explain. We are a private school and small business, and in these times we have a tight budget. We chose WCS to provide quarterly maintenance for our 5 HVAC units as well as replace an expired unit today. As a school for young children, we cannot function without cooling during the summer months. We are pleased with the professionalism and priority they provide us when we are in need. They are extremely thorough with a high level of customer service.
