Todd, the technician, introduced himself, donned paper slippers before entering, clarified our experiences with the furnace and went right to work.
He willingly shared his insights on the furnace issues with my husband and showed him the defective part.
He proceeded to replace it and to test the results.

I had an emergency situation with a shower valve. I called the company on the weekend and the representative was there within an hour. Shane promptly assessed the situation and even called another company professional in to ensure the best possible approach for the old pipes in my complicated basement.
The shower valve was promptly repaired and the quality of the work was superb. The cost seemed reasonable, especially considering it was the weekend. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.
