The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. I found World Class Service online and am so happy we did. They are experts and as important, they were friendly, respectful of our home, responsive and they truly knew what they were doing. We had a new unit installed within two days. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had! Thank you World Class Service -- we'll never go anywhere else!
I had TropiCool install a kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. I also had a bathroom faucet and bathtub faucet replaced. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service, the kindness of the employees, and the promptness of response. From the office staff to the service people, this company is top notch! Very fast responding company that took care of my furnace installation right after the holidays! I am very impressed with the work done by the installers. Will be coming back for all my HVAC needs!
Trevor and his team did an outstanding job. We were stranded the day before Thanksgiving, and he had us back up and running in a few hours tops. Owner even stopped out and checked on us. And, they were significantly less expensive than the other providers you hear advertising on Columbus local radio stations. Highly recommended!
