The team from World Class Service in Westerville is THE BEST! Our geothermal unit died during a period of heat and humidity and we could not find someone who knew anything about geothermal. I found World Class Service online and am so happy we did. They are experts and as important, they were friendly, respectful of our home, responsive and they truly knew what they were doing. We had a new unit installed within two days. This was the best customer service experience I've ever had! Thank you World Class Service -- we'll never go anywhere else!
I had TropiCool install a kitchen sink, faucet, and disposal. I also had a bathroom faucet and bathtub faucet replaced. I couldn't be happier with the quality of service, the kindness of the employees, and the promptness of response. From the office staff to the service people, this company is top notch! Trevor and his team did an outstanding job. We were stranded the day before Thanksgiving, and he had us back up and running in a few hours tops. Owner even stopped out and checked on us. And, they were significantly less expensive than the other providers you hear advertising on Columbus local radio stations. Highly recommended!

Dustin was on time and very proffesional. He had our AC fixed no time. The pricing was reasonable. Should the need arise, I would call TropiCool again.
They were brought in to help remedy an issue caused by our electrical contractors. Were prompt, quick, and professional throughout the entire endeavor. Kept us comfortable and were polite throughout the entire process. If we need new HVAC stuff, will absolutely get a quote from them as part of our normal process. Very happy.

AMAZING!!!! Had a new high efficiency furnace and A/C installed at my house replacing the original almost 40yr old system. Aaron and Hector were wonderful to work with (according to my wife). They even texted me with answers to questions that I had written on paper for the day of installation. They cleaned everything up before they left, hauled all the old equipment, boxes for new equipment, etc. away when they were done.
I got an email confirmation for my appointment, then a text message the morning of confirming the appointment. I even got a text when the guys were on their way, so I was able to let my wife know.
I highly recommend this company if you're searching for an HVAC company. Friendly and professional from start to finish.
The pilot light on our hot water heater needed a re-start on a late Saturday afternoon - we were at a complete loss - Brian got on the phone with us and very patiently and professionally walked us through the re-start process. Saved our weekend!! Great service!!
