Andrew did a great job installing a humidifier for us.
Andrew was my technician today and was so thorough in his inspection and reviewing my needs for my furnace. As a widow I appreciate TropiCool's forthright and honest technicians and their taking time to explain the process to me. I highly recommend them!

Bryan was far and away professional and very knowledgeable about what my system needed. It's been giving me a few issues and he was able to make the adjustments for more efficiency. He also suggested a new thermostat would solve a lot of the issues I was having. Sorry it's taken me a couple of weeks to write this review, but in the interim, he was certainly correct with all of his suggestions. I can't say enough! Thanks so much!
