After five years, still a repeat customer. So far they've been our regular maintenance company. They have 1) moved an AC unit 2) installed a water softener 3) installed a replacement AC unit 4) installed a new water heater. My old water heater exploded yesterday and they were out first thing this morning to replace with a new unit.
They exceeded my expectations. They performed a clean move of an old AC unit. Very satisfied with the work.

Incredibly nice and professional team! Was very courteous and kept me in the loop the entire process of figuring out where a mystery leak was coming from in my plumbing. They tried to be as minimally invasive as possible, and when they did have to unfortunately cut into my drywall, it was done in such a way it'll be a breeze to fix.
Even dealt with my very curious cat who wanted to be involved in what they were doing.

Our A/C went out unexpectedly during the hottest week of the year and TropiCool was able to do a same day repair. Chad came on time was able to make the repair quickly with parts he already had in the truck. He was very professional and communicative. Highly recommend!
Nothing like coming home from a vacation and finding out that the AC decided to take a vacation too! Especially when it's a zillion degrees outside. We had almost given up hope that our antique system could be repaired, but TropiCool Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing had the parts on the truck and Chad worked hard doing the repair to get us in the comfort zone! Amazing
