Incredibly nice and professional team! Was very courteous and kept me in the loop the entire process of figuring out where a mystery leak was coming from in my plumbing. They tried to be as minimally invasive as possible, and when they did have to unfortunately cut into my drywall, it was done in such a way it'll be a breeze to fix.
Even dealt with my very curious cat who wanted to be involved in what they were doing.

Our A/C went out unexpectedly during the hottest week of the year and TropiCool was able to do a same day repair. Chad came on time was able to make the repair quickly with parts he already had in the truck. He was very professional and communicative. Highly recommend!
Nothing like coming home from a vacation and finding out that the AC decided to take a vacation too! Especially when it's a zillion degrees outside. We had almost given up hope that our antique system could be repaired, but TropiCool Heating Air Conditioning and Plumbing had the parts on the truck and Chad worked hard doing the repair to get us in the comfort zone! Shane came out and replaced our hot water heater. He gave us estimates on a couple of options, and answered all our questions and concerns. The replacement looks very professional and he cleaned up all debris and left the area very clean. I recommend this company to anyone looking for furnace or hot water tank repair/replacement. Awesome.
