Winter Storm Update: We will be running emergency calls only over the weekend. Weekday operations (Mon–Fri) will continue as normal for now. Be Prepared: ensure your filter is clean, confirm the flue pipe is clear of ice (for 90% furnaces), verify thermostat batteries, and keep a slow drip at faucets to help prevent frozen pipes. Shane came to my home to fix Air Conditioning. The system is 37 years old. He was kind enough to say it was time for another, rather waste our money on something that would only last for a moment. He consulted with us on the best system for our household. It was a pleasure having him come to our home.World Class is a great company..

Shane had worked on our air conditioning unit on Sunday morning. We called back around 8:00 P.M. Sunday night notifying World Class Services that the air conditioner was working, but not at max capability. Shane returned our call within 30 minutes and was at our house quicker than that! He fully corrected the situation with no additional charge. I want to sincerely thank Shane and World Class Services for superior customer service!! Well done!

I found this company on Angies list. I appreciate Bryan Burke's professionalism and expertise. They came our the same day. The pricing for the diagnostic was an unbelievable $29 that was waived with service. My only issue is when Bryan and I were talking about pricing, we discussed the cost of the Stop Leak product, which I opted out of, but we did not get into the cost of the freon other than it would depend on how much the system needed. I expected it to be reasonable. He filled six pounds, and came to me with the invoice for $600, so $100/lb. I was in a bit of sticker shock. It's not unheard of, but defiantly high, considering I can by r22 for around 12/lb, or 30 lbs for $350, if I were certified. I was prepared to pay between $300 and $400. $600 really hurts, but I am at fault for not getting clarification before telling him to go ahead. Trust but verify I suppose.

World Class Services has completed a number of projects for me as part of a kitchen remodel. They are always prompt and professional and deal with changing requests or additional work in stride. I still have more work to be completed as the project progresses and I have no concerns having them continue. They do great work and are fairly priced.

Bryan and his team installed a water heater for me and I was blown away by their great customer service. I didn't know anything about getting a new water heater and they walked me through the whole process to help me understand everything.
They also didn't try to sell me things I didn't need! Just provided me with the facts about everything and let me make my own decision. They made me feel like I was family!
I would very highly recommend them and will be returning to them in the future for any of my needs.
