We have used their services on two occasions. Both times they were excellent. Shane did a wonderful job , was punctual, professional, and very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this company.
On 5/24/2020 (a holiday weekend) our air conditioner stopped. Bryan at World Class Services was there in 1-2 hours and had it running again, performing with a great attitude... he was world class!
Shane and Brian did amazing work! They replaced our water heater a while back and came out to do our plumbing inspection. In the process, they found out that our furnace and ac units were unsafe and needed to be replaced. They work hourly and not on commission to sell us anything. They walked us through the reasoning and made us feel at ease. We highly recommend this place for any heating, cooling and electrical needs.
The shut off valve on our hot water tank gave out causing us to have to shut off the water main until it could be replaced. I spoke World Class Services at 9:00 AM and Shane was at my door by 12:00 as promised. He not only replaced the shut off valve but upgraded it along with some of the copper tubing around it. This was accomplished within a half hour or so and he waived the $79.00 service charge as well. Shane was a pleasure to work with and explained everything he was doing while I observed. He even assisted me in draining and flushing the tank. I was charged only the flat rate for replacing the valve. I would definately recommend World Class Services for any plumbing, heating & cooling or electrical needs. .
I have used this company's services twice now. The level of professionalism is outstanding and each time they have called to say they were on their way prior to the service window indicated and showed up at the beginning of the service window. They are extremely responsive and I got an appointment and completely new water heater same day. Reasonably priced as well. Shane went over all the billing details and what would be included in my service. Highly recommend!
Bryan Burke came out to the house to give us a quote on a new furnace and air-conditioning unit to replace our old heat pump. He was extremely professional and courteous and was very informative in explaining our current system and the options that we had to replace everything.
I had quotes from several companies and Bryan was able to explain the difference between World Class and others.

I worked with Bryan on a tandem HVAC and basement repair project. He needed to work closely with the basement guys in order to remove and reinstall the unit. He gave me a number of comparative quotes, showed up on time, had a solution for every issue that came up (reroute duct work, rerout spigot, corrected original ductwork, and even identified that my water heater was leaking). He and Shane were a pleasure and very professional. They got the work done timely and with good quality. I think we will pass inspection with flying colors. World Class Services is an appropriate name for these guys. Thanks for everything.
My experience with World Class Services (WCS)was phenomenal...The services person (Shane) was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue he diagnosed. He was transparent with the remedies and possible options and at no time did I feel that he was attempting to sell me something I did not need. WCS was the third of three estimates and based on the required work to be done came in by far the most reasonable. In the event I need any services to be performed in my home, there will be one call only (WCS)!
The bottom of our 11 year old water heater rusted out and flooded the basement several months ago. We needed it replaced same day due to a malfunctioning shut off intake valve on the water heater itself. I had to shut off the water to the entire house. To add to my dilemma I also wanted it replaced with my preferred brand. I called 2 other companies before WCS and was told it would be at least a week before they could get to me. I called WCS, explained the situation and they sent Bryan out within 2 hours. I had a new water heater installed a couple hours after that. No extra fees or up charge and the price was fair. And, WCS will come inspect and drain it free of charge each year.
We had such a good experience with the water heater that we had Bryan out yesterday to do a checkup on our older HVAC system. He was very thorough and explained the "need to address" items and "future things to consider" without pressure. Bryan is prompt, courteous and takes the time to explain things clearly. He represents your company very well.
I was absolutely pleased by my experience! Bryan was not only punctual and incredibly pleasant, but was able to explain all the steps to what he was doing and clearly forecasting what to expect in the future with my water heater. Would definitely recommend!
