the technician Aaron was very polite, and professional. took the time to explain what could have caused my hot water tank issue. very fast and prompt service. covid compliant very appreciated. first time using and will definitely schedule for furnace check up later this fall.
follow up to my original post. The technicians Aaron and Shane had to replace my water heater cost of new control valve and age of unit made it more economical to replace. They were on time, very professional, very thorough, and got the job done very quickly. They also were very clean no mess left after the job. I don't envy them lugging those items in and out of the basement. They explained what they had done and answered any questions that I had.
I will definitely be using World Class Services again. They made this very stress free.

I needed my AC unit moved and reinstalled for a new concrete. They were able to come out the next day (my own company was going to be a week) to move and when the concrete was done, they came back and reinstalled the AC unit. They were very nice on the phone with my problem that I had. The two workers were professional, nice and efficient. I actually signed up to be a member (cheaper than my other company). I would highly recommend them.
