Bryan and Shane have come out to my home and provided great service at a fair price multiple times. They really helped us out in a crunch on short notice. They installed a gas hookup on my dryer, they are the only company in Columbus that does this. They installed a ceramic cooktop and a faucet. A couple of weeks later my hot water heater went out, they found the replacement and did a great job installing and hooking up. They carried out the old one all at a really reasonable price. Great team. Highly recommend this company!!!!!

My air conditioning was not cooling below 79 degrees. I called on on a Wednesday evening about 8pm. Bryan Burke was there in about an hour, was there for about an hour. $630 for 4 lbs. of refrigerant, stop leak and the emergency service charge. Recommended replacing the whole system if it leaked again. My house is just over 10 years old. The wife is happy and the house is cool again. :)

Scheduling, communication, and service are worth 5 stars! Bryan and Shane are very professional and were very thorough explaining my new HVAC system to me. As a first time homeowner, they both helped me understand my new system, gave me tips on energy efficiency, and came back out within a days notice to help me adjust airflow. It's easy to tell that customer service is their top priority!
